After a tumultuous December, the '07 Big East Champion West Virginia Mountaineers came into the Fiesta Bowl prepared and determined. Led by interim head coach Bill Stewart and all-everything QB Pat White, the Mountaineers faced off against Big XII Champion Oklahoma in the desert.
hahaha Oklahoma comes back to the Fiesta Bowl one year after their epic loss to Boise State, only to embarrass themselves EVEN FURTHER by getting walloped by a team that (granted they had Michael Vick-ish Pat White) had their coach abandon them right before the game.
